No Children Policy:
To ensure a relaxing environment for all clients and to maintain health and safety standards with the salon, we kindly ask that children are not brought to appointments unless they are receiving a service themselves.
Our salon contains professional equipment, chemicals, hot tools and sharp instruments that may pose a safety risk to unattended children. In addition, many of our clients enjoy a peaceful and uninterrupted experience.
We respectfully request that childcare arrangements are made prior to appointments. Clients who arrive with children may be asked to reschedule if adequate supervision cannot be provided.
We understand childcare can be difficult to arrange, this is why we do have Mummy Mondays every 1st & 3rd Monday of the month. A reduced staff means we have a safer environment to keep you and your children safe.
No Show & Cancellation Policy:
We kindly ask all clients to provide at least 48hr notice if they need to reschedule an appointment.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice (no show) may result in:

A cancellation fee being charged of up to 100%

100% pre-payment for future appointments
We understand emergencies can happen and will always do our best to accommodate where possible.
Lateness
At B Beauty, we value every client's time and strive to keep appointments running smoothly for everyone. To ensure fairness and maintain our schedule, we kindly ask clients to review our lateness policy below.

Please arrive on time for appointments or 5 minutes before your appointment - This allows time for check - in, consultation updates and settling in.

Clients arriving over 10 minutes late may receive a shortened treatment to avoid delaying other booked appointments.

Clients arriving 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment depending on availability.

Please note late arrivals will still be charged the full cost of the treatment even if the service needs to be reduced because of lateness.

If an appointment is rescheduled then a charge of up to 100% of the appointment will be taken.
If you are running late, please contact the salon as soon as possible. We will always try our best to accommodate you where possible.
