Cancellation Policy:

At our salon, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not be charged.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
