AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE

Full Body 60 minutes - £52

Back, Neck & Shoulder 30 minutes - £32

(The session time allows 5 minutes to change).

Aromatherapy is an ancient art and has been used since the beginning of time. Fragranced products were used in religious ceremonies, bathing and for scenting the body. It was not until the Egyptians that physicians learnt how to distil pure essential oils from natural plants. These essential oils were then used for healing, cleansing and relaxation. The art of aromatherapy is used to restore the harmony of the mind, body and soul.

Pure essential oil is the vital ingredient in any type of aromatherapy treatment. Essences are extracted from various parts of the plant including the petals, stems, seeds and stalks.

With this treatment we aim to treat the whole person, to improve your physical and emotional wellbeing. The oils we use are ultra relaxing and are easily absorbed through the skin during treatment. Our half body aroma massage will focus on the back, neck and shoulders.

Back Massage

The Ultimate Face and Body Relaxation

90mins - £75

The ultimate face and body relaxation is a luxurious, full-sensory experience that combines therapeutic massage with a results-driven facial — designed not only to ease physical tension but also to leave your skin visibly refreshed and radiant.

Your journey begins with a calming welcome that allows the body to unwind before you’re guided into a deeply soothing back and shoulder massage. Expert techniques melt away tightness, relieve built-up stress, and encourage healthy circulation, instantly signalling your nervous system to relax. The treatment then transitions seamlessly into a bespoke facial tailored to your skin’s needs. Your skin is gently cleansed to remove impurities, followed by a soft exfoliation that smooths and brightens the complexion. A nourishing mask is applied, allowing active ingredients to replenish hydration while you continue to drift into relaxation. While the mask works, you’re treated to a comforting hand and arm massage, easing fatigue and promoting a sense of grounded calm. This is followed by a tension-releasing foot massage, where expert pressure techniques help stimulate circulation and create a wonderfully heavy, relaxed sensation throughout the body. To deepen the experience further, a slow, rhythmic scalp massage quiets the mind and releases tightness around the temples and neck — often the moment when guests feel completely switched off from the outside world. The facial is elevated with an advanced LED light therapy mask, which bathes the skin in gentle, therapeutic light to support collagen production, calm inflammation, and enhance your natural glow. It’s effortless skin rejuvenation while you simply rest.

The treatment concludes with finishing facial products selected to lock in hydration and leave your complexion silky, plump, and luminous.

The result: Relaxed muscles. Revitalised skin. A clear, calm mind. It’s the perfect treatment if you’re looking for something that delivers both deep physical relaxation and visible skin benefits — a true head-to-toe reset that you can see and feel.

Hot Stones Massage

HOT STONES  MASSAGE

Full body 55 min - £60

Back, Neck & Shoulder 25 min - £40

 (allows 5 minutes to change)

This massage has to be one of the most enjoyable and relaxing therapeutic massages available. For hundreds of years, hot stone massage has been used by many different cultures and the same techniques are still applied today for a wonderfully nurturing massage designed to work on muscle tension at the deepest level.

During the hot stone massage treatment, smooth, basalt rocks that have been heated in water are used in two ways; some stones are wrapped in towels and placed on specific energy centres, known as chakras, along the body to align and re-balance the body’s natural energy flow, whilst other stones are used by the therapist to perform the body massage.

The heat of the stones penetrates deep into the muscle tissue allowing the muscles to relax much quicker than in a standard body massage, easing muscle tension and revitalising the muscle tissue by increasing blood circulation.

The deep relaxation and increased blood flow to the areas being worked not only accelerates any healing processes but also creates a state of deep mental relaxation. This is a truly luxurious massage for mind, body and spirit.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

40 min - £45

(The session time is 45 minutes and allows 5 minutes to change)

Indian Head Massage is based on the Ayurvedic system of healing which has been practiced in India for over a thousand years.

The aim of Indian head massage is to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders. We use a range of different movements including the application of deep kneading and compression movements over the back, neck, shoulder and scalp areas. We also gently stimulate and stroke pressure points on the face.

Indian head massage is especially good for relieving stress, tension, fatigue, insomnia, headaches, migraine and sinusitis. Clients report that the experience is deeply calming and relaxing, leaving them feeling energised and revitalised and better able to concentrate.

Indian head massage helps increase joint mobility and flexibility in the neck and shoulders, improves blood circulation and lymphatic flow, frees knots of muscular tension, relaxes connective tissue, and aids in the elimination of accumulated toxins and waste products. It is particularly good for reducing the effects of stress and tension.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Full Body 55 min - £55

Back, Neck & Shoulder 25 mins - £38

(The session  allows 5 minutes to change)

Sports massage is one of the best choices when it comes to treating sports injuries,

bad back, stiff neck or for those who generally like a deeper massage.

Massage is used to reduce tension, stretch ligaments and tendons. During your sports

massage, your muscles will be flushed of all toxins helping to improve your muscles'

flexibility and improve joint mobility. Sports massage can be used before, during and after

work out.

Regular treatments can help break down scar tissue, remove the build-up of toxins, improve mobility and reduce the risk of further injury.

Unlike Swedish massage therapy, which is used for relaxation, Deep Tissue Massage and Sports Massage can help with specific problems.

Back Massage

SWEDISH MASSAGE

Full Body 55 min - £45

Back, Neck & Shoulder 25 mins - £32

(The session allows 5 minutes to change)

The term “Swedish Massage” refers to a variety of techniques specifically designed to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and remove toxins and other metabolic waste from your body. It consists of 5 movements that work together on your nerves, muscles, glands and circulation. Massage strokes can be done either to invigorate or to relax you.

Swedish massage shortens recovery time from muscle strain by flushing the tissues of lactic acid, uric acid, and other metabolic wastes. It increases circulation without increasing heart load. It stretches the ligaments and tendons keeping them supple and pliable. Swedish massage also stimulates the skin and nervous system and soothes the nerves themselves at the same time. It reduces stress, both emotional and physical, and is suggested as part of a regular stress management programme.

You will be completely covered with soft towels during this treatment, save for the area of the body to be massaged.

This is a great all-round treatment.

Leg Recovery

30 mins - £40

A Leg Recovery Massage is a targeted, restorative treatment designed to relieve fatigue, improve circulation, and bring renewed lightness to overworked legs. Ideal after long days on your feet, intense exercise, travel, or simply when your body feels heavy and sluggish, this treatment focuses on restoring comfort and mobility while encouraging deep relaxation.

The experience typically begins with gentle, flowing strokes that warm the muscles and stimulate blood flow. As tension starts to melt away, your therapist applies carefully controlled pressure to the calves, shins, hamstrings, and thighs — areas that commonly hold tightness and lactic acid build-up. These techniques help reduce soreness, ease stiffness, and support the body’s natural recovery process.

Slow, rhythmic movements encourage lymphatic drainage, helping to minimise fluid retention and puffiness while promoting a healthier, more energised feeling throughout the legs. If you struggle with swollen ankles or tired feet, the relief can feel almost immediate.

Holistic Therapy After Care Advice

After a treatment your body might show some of the following reactions:

• stiffness, aching muscles, tiredness

• frequent visits to the toilet, this allows your body to get rid of waste

• runny nose/coughing, this allows your body to get rid of toxins

• headache

• your body is in a repairing phase and might take some time to re-adjust.

These reactions should clear in the next 24-48 hours. In order to continue enjoying the treatment you just had, your therapist would like to suggest a few points."''"

DO NOT:

1. Have a heavy meal after a treatment - allow 4-6 hours. Your body is in a healing state and is thus resting - massage stimulates the digestive system and therefore might make you feel nauseous.

2. Drink a lot of caffeine drinks (tea, coffee, red bull) or stimulants - allow 12-24 hours. Alcohol might cause dehydration.

3. Smoke - allow 12-24 hours.

4. Rush around - exercise vigorously - allow a few hours. This will limit the effects of the massage.

5. Ignore your body's messages. You might feel faint, tired and / or thirsty.

DO:

1. Relax for a while after a treatment. Have a bath to continue the relaxation process or listen to soft relaxing music.

2. Give feedback to the therapist about the treatment.

3. Wrap up warmly. You might feel cold after a treatment.

4. Take care when driving home as your reflexes might be slower. You may feel faint or tired.

5. Drink plenty of water, fruit juice or herbal teas.  Your body might have been drained of lymphatic waste and toxins which may result in being thirsty and the water will help flush all the waste and toxins away.  Water will help the detoxifying process and to rehydrate your body.

6. Pay attention to general posture. Sitting and walking up straight is of importance.

7. Have a nap or rest if you can - it will make the muscles relax and make the massage last longer.

Regular massage treatments are highly recommended, for maximum and long lasting health benefits.
